Do you wonder why you are suffering any number of symptoms that your GP can’t diagnose, or medication doesn’t seem to treat?

You have a couple of choices….

  • You can choose to ignore the symptoms that you are experiencing.

  • Stay on medication that just isn’t working or is masking the real problem.

  • Cut out food groups that you think are the problem

The impact of these decisions is that you will continue to suffer in silence, become dependent on medication with other possible side effects or put your health at risk by making decisions without all the facts.

By getting a test done with me you will known within 30 minutes what foods are causing the problems you are experiencing, then we can work together to improve your symptoms.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Comforting Hands

Faye, Swindon

“my intolerance test showed that I had a problem with egg and dairy, so I cut these out and after about two weeks I’ve had no migraines or sinus problems.  I loved the detailed report I got and the two weeks of nutritional advice and support afterwards, thank you!”

Psychologist Session

Jo, Swindon

“my intolerance test showed up a number of things that I might be intolerant to, so Bonny recommended we focused on the main culprits which were gluten, dairy and eggs.  I was amazed that within a few days the stomach cramps had disappeared.  I was so useful to have the two weeks of nutritional advice as I could ask questions about what I was eating and Bonny was able to give me advice and steer me in the right direction to making better choices which will continue to help me”

As a Nutritional Therapist I apply a functional medicine approach to supporting my clients which is why I’ve spent a long time researching the intolerance and allergy test market before deciding to use this manufacturer.

The NHS only recommend intolerance and allergy testing via blood sample or skin test, which is why I use this method of testing by testing with a sample of your blood in our first meeting and giving you the results straight away.

What do I get?

In total we will have three separate meeting, during the first meeting I will conduct the test and complete an evaluation questionnaire to understand your symptoms and the issues you are concerned about.  I will give you the results of the test in the first meeting.

At our second meeting I will provide you with a detailed report about your test which includes information about what it means in detail.  I will also provide you with nutritional advice about anything that we may agree together that might help your condition and provide you with support in making any changes.

At our third meeting we will discuss your symptoms again and I will provide further nutritional advice including meal plans and recipes if required.

What is going to happen on the day?

I will use a small device to prick your finger and take a small sample of blood that will be used in the test that I will complete on the same day.  I do not need to send anything away, so there is no waiting time.

What do I do if I need more support and advice after the three weeks?

If you feel like you need further nutritional therapy, then this is available directly with me and a suitable timescale can be discussed.

Is it safe?

Yes, as it is only the sample of blood that will be in contact with the allergens, nothing will be put on your skin or near you. All equipment is sterile and a new set of equipment is used for every patient, and disposed off afterwards.

What if my test doesn't show any intolerances?

Depending on the symptoms you are experiencing you can choose to have an allergy test done (at an additional cost), but if this also shows nothing and you feel that you do not need the two weeks of nutritional therapy I will refund you £180.
